Welcome! I picked up learning to play bass in late 2006, then began uploading my journey. I have enjoyed these years of learning & adapting with a disability. This is just one of my endeavors. I’m a retired film/TV horse wrangler/stuntwoman & web designer. Spent many years raising, training & competing w/quarter horses. I've since retired from ranch & tech. I was diagnosed with autoimmune diseases (Lupus, Achalasia, scleroderma) no more jumping off of runaway horses. I started bass as mental/physical therapy to help deal with the autoimmune issues, to try to exercise painful joints, hands, fingers that have twisted & morphed into painful digits. It’s annoying & painful when learning to play bass BUT the positive mental rewards can't be measured. I don't know how much longer I'll be able to play the bass but have appreciated the fact I did learn & the friends I've made. THANK YOU everyone who took the time to watch/comment! Playing music helps to brings joy in dark times.
