Hi and welcome to my channel.
As a practicing psychotherapist my main aim on this channel is to share my expertise and help anyone who is struggling with any kind of emotional challenge through my storytelling.
All my stories are originals and it is only my voice you will hear..
Getting good quality sleep is so important for adults and kids and many of my videos include embedded suggestions for sleep for this reason. However if sleep is the main issue head over to my app called SleepforKids. Links are in the information under each story.
On my youtube channel there is also a wide range of content to help deal with problems such as fears, phobias, anxiety, low self esteem, lack of motivation, pain, bullying etc.
So now, all you have to do is sit back, get yourself comfortable, listen and breath..... easy :)

I wanted to share with you all that there are two big announcements just about the happen before Christmas. The first one is that I have just published a kids ebook called the Adventures of Monty and Tonty. The book has been created for either parents to read to younger kids or kids from 7+ to read themselves. watch for the link, I will post here soon.
