My name is Sally Jacks and I work full time as a TV presenter. Basically a Northern bird who talks for a living.
I am a mum of a cheeky monkey called Frankie Jack who is 5 years old.
My channel is all about lifestyle and it covers almost everything, it should be entertaining, fun and also informative...fingers crossed. I love crafting, event dressing, interior design, cleaning, hacks, family time/stuff and I have playlist dedicated to Iron and Health.
1 in 3 women suffer with iron deficiency, I am on a mission to change guidelines so more people are rectified from this debilitating deficiency.
I thought I was bonkers and my mental health was off the scale, I was just iron deficient.
