I feel more balanced when I take the time to cook healthy healing foods for my myself, what about you?

Here are a couple of delicious 😋 💗✨️🥦healing recipes for anyone who feels they might need some inspiration.

Cozy plant based broccoli and cheese soup and a celery apple juice 🍎❤️👌🏽

This isn't exactly the Daniel fast. However, the healing power of eating vegetables and detoxing is biblical.

"Please test your servants for ten days, and let them give us vegetables [pulses] to eat and water to drink"

Daniel 10:2-3

Foods to avoid
Meat, fish, poultry, dairy, and eggs
Refined sugar, honey, and artificial sweeteners
Leavened bread, white flour products, and processed foods
Fried foods
Caffeine
Carbonated beverages and alcoholic beverages
Foods with preservatives or additives
Margarine, shortening, and animal fat
Foods to eat
vegetables, fruits, legumes, whole grains, nuts, seeds, water, and herbal teas.
