Well, it looks like YouTube is at it again. We encourage you to check if you’re still subscribed to our channel and your other favorite creators. We continue hearing from viewers (and other creators we know are experiencing the same) that YouTube is unsubscribing people without their knowledge. This makes it tricky to stay updated, especially if you rely on notifications for new video releases.

Some viewers have even told us they can’t find our videos at all anymore. Unfortunately, when we’ve reached out to YouTube support, their response is always the same: "Everything appears to be working as it should." This has been an ongoing issue for about four years now.

WE WANT TO MEET YOU!

Hello Visionaries!

We have really loved meeting a lot of you during our last couple Meet & Greets and we are trying to meet more of you and make ourselves available in different parts of the country, so...

We recently decided to ask Grech RV if they would mind if we did a Meet & Greet at their booth at the ADVENTURE VAN EXPO coming up this October 15-16th (Sat & Sun) in Big Bear, California. It is free to the public and is supposed to be a really good time and lots of Class B designs, 4x4 rigs, accessories and a lot more. We are still unsure what times will work for them so we plan to be there for the entire show. If we find out specific times that works for them at their booth, we'll be sure to update you right here. If not, that means we will be at the booth throughout both days.

We have also had a lot of requests to have Meet-ups around the country, so we are trying to find a way to organize Meet-ups. It takes a lot of planning and we want to do it right to make it fun for everyone. If anyone has any ideas OR has any experience with this sort of thing OR would like to volunteer, we'd love to hear from you! 😊🤓

We hope to see you in Big Bear, CA at the Adventure Van Expo! 🧡😃🤓

We are trying something different in the next upcoming videos, where we will be starting our videos off right away with the Intro and quickly jump right to the content (instead of a few teaser clips showing just a tad of what is coming in the video). This will quickly show who we are for those that are new to the channel and sets the mood for all, much like it did when we all used to watch Gilligan's Island...ok, not a good example...but you get the gist. 😁🤓 Thank you all for your feedback! 🧡

Good morning Visionaries! We wanted to take a moment to explain and issue with ads on our YouTube videos. Yesterday while working, I discovered that more than half of our older videos were somehow showing multiple mid-roll ads (ads placed in the middle of a video) automatically placed by YouTube. This is something we have never done because we do not want to annoy you with so many mid-roll ads. We are still unclear how these video settings were changed in the system, but I have changed them back.

YouTube gives you a choice to select "where" to place ads and then the type of ad is chosen by the advertisers. When it comes to mid-roll ads, we have the choice to select "Automatic" - where YouTube selects the best place to put them, or "Manual" - where the content creator chooses how many ads in the middle and where to place them. We have always selected ads before and after a video and then recently we chose to place only ONE mid-roll ad somewhere in the middle of each video. We want to keep ads in the middle of a video to a minimum so that it does not annoy you, the viewer. Of course your normal TV shows do have multiple commercials/ads - and that's simply one way we all get compensated for our work, but we really try to keep it to a minimum so that it makes a more pleasurable experience for you, the viewer and also helps support us in creating more content for you. Many of you have asked and yes it is true, that we only get paid if you watch the entire ad, and for those of you that do - we TRULY appreciate you for doing that. It does really help.🧡 However, if an advertiser is showing an ad on our videos that is multiple minutes long, please don't feel obligated to watch those. Again, we do not have any control over what type of ads are shown on our videos and we do not expect anyone to watch a very lengthy ad like those. Again, we do appreciate those of you that do watch the ads. Makes a great time to go grab a snack or drink too! 😂🤣

We ask a favor...If you see that any of our videos have multiple ads IN THE MIDDLE of any video (not the beginning or end of a video) we would really appreciate it if you let us know. The only way for us to know if this is getting changed is if we go into each video setting one by one and look to see if they have changed - which is very time consuming or if someone let's us know. We now have over 100 videos, so as you can imagine, that takes some time and we don't always get the extra time to check these things.
