I'm not a professional chef... I grew up in a large Greek / German family watching my Mom and Grandma in the kitchen at a young age and I started cooking with them and I never stopped! When I met my wife and we started a family together, I knew it was my calling to be the DUDE in the kitchen making it happen!
My passion is to help INSPIRE and LEARN from other DADS that love to cook and want to make great food for their families and friends. Having FUN while cooking it up and meeting these Dads that want to SLAY IT in the KITCHEN and on the GRILL is what it's all about!
