hi everyone! I know I haven’t been uploading to YouTube much but I’ve been diving headfirst into this podcast adventure. Yesterday marked 11 freaking years, drug and alcohol free. 🤯 The girl on the left was hopeful, optimistic & willing to do WHATEVER it took to stay clean—which is a good thing— because the girl on the right has 👏seen 👏some 👏s*** …😂

I make a post like this every year, but this year it feels different.

Year 11 was by far the most challenging year to date. It was the first year I felt that overwhelming urge to escape the pain and silence the noise. It was the first year I felt completely hopeless, broken and unsure whether I had the strength to keep fighting…

So as I post this today, Im actually really freakin’ proud of myself for making it here. For feeling all the feels and allowing them to pass without using. For reaching out to others and utilizing the tools I’ve been given.

If it wasn’t for my friends in recovery, the meetings available to me nearly any time of day, and a higher power gently nudging me in the right direction—I wouldn’t have made it here. For real.

I also want thank all of YOU for being here to support me along my journey and for reminding me that I matter.

You are the reason I have the strength to continue sharing my story.

Recovery is such a blessing and something I never thought was possible. If I can do this s***, you can too— I promise.

Sending love to anyone who needs it today.

A few folks are under the impression I’m no longer making videos, and I want to assure you that isn’t true, and fill you in on where I’ve been!

*After the tour ended I chose to take a break. I’ve been hanging with the kids and working hard to find the the things in life that bring me joy.

*Like painting. I’ve been doing A LOT of that lately. It feels like an escape. I put my music on and get lost. It’s magical.


*I’ve been podcasting and writing.


*Doctors appointments, therapy sessions, med-adjustments, school projects and LOTS of sports practices.

* I’ve been off the radar because life is short and I am on a journey to be the best version of myself. A happier version, surrounding myself with people and things that bring me peace, joy and laughter.

*im happy, hopeful, and unreasonably optimistic.

*I love you and am so freaking grateful to have you all in my life.

*I post daily on IG!!!
