The epitome of a grass-roots country star, Jon Langston gives new credence to the 10-year, 10,000-hour rule of mastering one’s craft. Arriving with a Gold-certified splash via the homespun, lost-in-love ballad “Forever Girl” in 2013 – the first song he ever wrote – Langston has spent the ensuing decade on a mission to grow as both an artist and man, working with some of the genre’s modern icons.
