After copyright debates regarding this video, Nikitaventures Music who claims to own the content of this performance featuring @Koncerthuset (Danish National Symphony Orchestra), has decided that my video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dcN5P...) is not an appropriate project using Fair Use. This is despite the 20+ hours of work and over 500% increase of added commentary and education when compared to this video. They have given me a final notice to cancel my appeal on their claims (admitting that this video is not Fair Use) and then the video can remain on YouTube. I will not submit to this. As a result, this video will be taken down on June 12, 2024 and my channel will receive another strike.
I am a one-woman "team" and have a faint voice in YouTube's copyright dispute process as well as copyright owners. If you'd like to support, I've created a Google Form asking everyone to add their name as signatures as a way to support this Masterclass Video as Fair Use. It will also show that you appreciate the value of this video and the music education on the channel. Thank you in advance for your support.
