Is anyone else worried about Youtube and the COPPA that takes effect on December 10th? My videos were always made with family friendly in mind yet the way Youtube has everything worded it's like so if you set it for kids it's supposed to be educational for them and if it's not that it's for people 18 and over. And the FTC can supposedly charge up to $42,000 for each incorrectly filed video. This is gonna hurt alot of channels doing it this way and one that may keep me away from returning to Youtube for good and depending on what happens between now and then if it's really to the point to where people can get in trouble over this I might as well delete my channel. Obviously I'm not taking down all my videos and my channel yet and hopefully this is being overblown into proportions. I'm all for having proper protections in place for kids and Youtube but this is going way too far and hopefully they can reevaluate this.

So some good news is I will have my new Switch on Tuesday after selling my older one to get my awesome support kitty. Also I will have Let's Go Eevee and Super Smash Bros Ultimate not to mention getting to play Splatoon 2 again. I will post my FC once I get my Switch on Tuesday. Even if I no longer make videos till Pokemon Gen 8 comes out I'd still love to get to play with you guys in Smash and Splatoon 2 so be on the lookout :)

So I need to address to y'all something I should have addressed before 2019 started and I really hope that y'all are having a great start of the year so far! As most of you should already know by now I stated some posts ago how my ex left me in a divorce I didn't want and that I needed time to heal and all that. I know I had said I would come back with more videos come the start of this year but true be told while I have my amazing girlfriend that I love with all of my heart and my support cat Sheena I'm only still in the early process of healing. Back when I said I would start uploading at the start of this year I was kidding myself because I wasn't mentally ready to come back from something so big as a divorce and expect for it to not impact my videos in a bad way.

With Pokemon Sword and Pokemon Shield recently announced the newest 8th Gen Pokemon games for the Nintendo Switch I'm highly looking forward to it and I really want to LP the game and the fact that it comes out late this year is both good and bad because it's good because the gap between now and then gives me more time to heal and it's also bad because I really wanna play the games lol. I'm sorry if the dates for my uploads keep changing but I knew it was for the greater good if I just waited till I healed more then still be in alot of pain and force myself to upload and put out sub-par content and lackluster LPs that have me feeling mentally numb inside. Like I said given that me and my amazing girlfriend going on 5 months soon and having my support kitty I've been on the road to recovery that I hope those of you that stick by me the entire step of the way I thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Also I haven't felt like I've had fun with Youtube much as I've been feeling like after all these changes like copyrights and Algorithms and some people moving to Twitch and what not it's been starting to feel like Youtube just isn't fun anymore but I do miss uploading content and recording. I can't say 100% for certain if I'll upload before Pokemon Shield and Sword release but I'm certainly going to try and LP the game when it launches. Now this post isn't to say that I'm quitting Youtube no but that their probably won't be videos for awhile more. I love all of my fans and I certainly hope you understand that I need to go through this healing process before I feel like I can finally start uploading again unless it's something random like an OST extension or something that barely takes much effort to do because it's also music. Anyways guys for now I'll keep you guys updated every now and then and I hope your 2019 continues to be the best year :)

Today I wish you all a great happy thanksgiving. Things I am thankful for my girlfriend, thankful for life, my cat who turned 6 months old today Sheena, all my wonderful amazing fans, friends and my family. Always cherish what you have and be thankful for all that you do have even if what you have is very little. Happy Thanksgiving everyone and I hope it turns out to be a great one :)
