This channel is dedicated to homeowners, home buyers and home sellers everywhere. After attending hundreds of home inspections, I realized the average home owner is afraid of more than they should be.
I started making videos in an attempt to show them that, in fact, everything is fixable and it's likely easier than they thought. My goal is to show home buyers, sellers and investors how to maximize value by making DIY fixes and upgrades, as well as sharing the latest home buying and selling advice.

Sometimes I DIY, sometimes I sell houses.
I can proudly say this should be Gold, however some sales never make it into the MLS. And since I don’t care about awards, I don’t care enough to do anything about it 🤷🏻♂️
