Mussell Records is a new record label that was formed with a specific goal in mind–sustainability.

Label founder, Ray Mussell has been professionally involved in the music industry for nearly five decades. Mussell Records has a vision and a mission. It is our intention to create an entity in the music industry that allows the artists with the label to grow and become a part of something bigger as a whole than they might realize with other labels or independently. Transparency around how artists are paid, project profit-sharing, negotiable contracts that best suit individual needs, and open communication in all areas of the recording, production, marketing, and distribution for all artists is the rule with no exceptions. Mussell Records is not about massive profits to the label. We want to create a sustainable model that works for every artist that works with us.
