My intention, when I started pushing a Piano out there to play spontaneous little open air concerts, was to bring live music and a 200kg Piano to places where it’s not usually expected and so it is today. 

The big difference to my official concerts and also the most exciting thing about such spontaneous performances is that nobody expects to hear live music. Nobody bought a ticket. Nobody asked me to play. The people around probably even don’t like piano music at all. There a so many things unknown, I only can figure out by start playing. With the first note the process begins and you can watch how the mood and atmosphere change. Step by step the people around as well as I get an impression of what is happening and where it’s going. That’s no less inspiring than exciting, every time!
