Bow Roundabout is a horrible place for all - but particularly cyclists and pedestrians.

Before the Segregation was built on Stratford High Street I would use the flyover to cross this junction. Since the segregation, however, it's much less convenient to use the flyover and so the segregation encourages you to use the 'facility'.

As I'm quite sure you will see from the daily videos, the Bow Roundabout 'Facilities' are anything but safe for cyclists. It took me about 2 weeks when they were first built to work out the way to deal with it, which makes me shudder when thinking about 'beginner cyclists' or people approaching it for the first time.
