I love to exercise; the body and mind feel so much better after exercise. I feel exercise is essential to achieve a balanced life. It is finding that balance that is key.

We are all so busy in our lives and trying to fit exercise into our busy work/home/school schedule can be hard. That's why I find Pilates is such a good form of exercise as you can do 10 minutes a day or a 60 minute class, depending on the time you have available and your mood. Even after 10 minutes you can feel the benefits both physically and mentally.

I found the benefits of Pilates after having my second child, it soon helped me get back into shape. Pilates was also key in helping me recover from a running injury. It was after this that I noticed a change in my posture and even my running style. From then my love for Pilates has continued to grow.
