Fix Monday was the second incarnation of the band that got me back into watching live music after a break of 25 years! I was their No 1 fan - hence my channel name...
I video nearly all the shows I go to or promote - I want to capture the moment! I so wish we had footage from the earliest days in the careers of performers like The Beatles, Dylan, Bowie.... I don't edit and most of my footage remains unlisted as it is sort of between me and the artists - they 'own' the material not me!
I support and promote Taylor John's House (TJs) in Coventry and I put on a monthly show @ The Nursery Tavern - this is sort of missionary work to capture audience for TJs, to get young people into a 'proper' real ale pub, to provide a listening room for possible artists' first ever booking or new material and to build links between artists... It's a lot of fun.
