I little bit about myself, I am a clinical pharmacist practitioner working currently in a GP practice. I mainly ran diabetes, asthma, COPD (chronic pulmonary disease) and hypertension clinic. I have worked many different community pharmacies in United Kingdom as well as both private and NHS hospitals.
I did my bachelor degree in pharmacy, masters in pharmacology, postgraduate certificate in primary care and currently studying primary care network pathway.
