[DEAR BABYMONSTER FANS]

I just need to let this out regarding the recent back lash to Ahyeon. Some fans are just too much and very immature.

First of all, we all know that Ahyeon has just returned because she had personal health issues. During the time they were filming the "REACT” Video, it was one of her first few appearances /exposures after her return. So, It’s only natural that she may have felt a bit nervous, shy, or quiet - especially she just debuted as BABYMONSTER. She’s still adjusting from her new life as BABYMONSTER at that time (until now)

We have to remember that every contents they film often takes a few months before it gets uploaded. So the version we saw may not have accurately reflected how Ahyeon was doing and feeling at that particular time.

*As we can see now, Ahyeon is really trying her best and doing her very best to get used to all these attentions she’s getting.

The health issues Ahyeon has been dealing with are things like anxiety and panic attacks. And do you know what's been triggering these episodes for her? It is the intense criticism and bashing she's received from some fans who aren't satisfied with how she's behaving. That kind of harsh judgment from others can be extremely detrimental to someone's mental health. That’s why people should really be mindful of their actions.

Being a K-pop idol is not easy. Ahyeon became an idol to showcase her talent, pursue her dream, and most importantly, to entertain people. But what do some fans give her in return? Criticism, bashing, and attacking her for the slightest movement.

Ahyeon is human, just like the rest of us. She's not a robot nor a perfect human being. She's someone who is still recovering and trying her very best. Isn't it kinder and more understanding to give her some space and compassion during this time, rather than piling on more negativity?

So please stop criticizing her. You wouldn't like it if the same thing was done to you.

It's time for some of you to stop being "keyboard warriors." It's free to be kind, content, and appreciative. Choose to be good. Be considerate.

Also, Ahyeon and the other members have metioned numerous times that it's Ahyeon's mannerism to zone out every single time, It recharges her.

Please don't let the harsh criticism from some get you down. You are a talented and hardworking artist, and we see how much effort you are putting in to connect with us and grow as a performer. We want you to know that we stand by you wholeheartedly. We’ll support you forever, and we will always be here to lift you up. This is just the beginning of an amazing journey, and we can't wait to see all that you will achieve and ofc, the rest of the BABYMONSTER members.

Take all the time you need to find your footing and feel comfortable in the spotlight. Know that you have a whole community of fans who appreciate you for who you are. Lean on us when you need strength, and never be afraid to be vulnerable.
