Hows it going lads, I am excited to announce that I will be hosting a green woodwork workshop on the 27th and 28th of May! During this two-day workshop, we will be delving into traditional wood riving/ splitting techniques and joinery to create a simple, yet beautiful wooden stool.
The workshop will take place near Dunmanway in County cork, It will be delivered by myself and another experienced woodworker, Mark Donnelley. Spaces Are limited to 6 people and the fee per person is €300. All tools and materials will be provided on the day.
Whether you're a beginner or an experienced woodworker, this workshop is a great opportunity to learn new skills and techniques. We will be using locally sourced green wood to create our projects, and we will be using hand tools to do so.
By the end of the workshop, you will have not only learned new skills, but you will also have a beautiful and functional wooden stool to take home with you.
