Nigerian R&B-Fusion Artist and Producer Remy Baggins grew up in middle class Lagos, soaking in a diverse variety of sounds from an early age. Exposed to overseas acts like Craig David, Mariah Carey and Boys II Men; Nigerian artists like 2Baba, P Square and Banky W as well as producers like Timbaland, Pharrell Williams and Don Jazzy, he started crafting his own tracks at age 15. He explored a wide spectrum of genres while producing and writing for other artists, racking up a huge catalogue of credits along the way. Since 2016 he has released 6 projects and an array of singles, and perhaps his most popular work is the 2019 LP “HENTAI” which is considered a cult classic in the Nigerian alternative music scene; with it’s lead single “vibrate” being featured in the Netflix release “Glamour Girls” as well as two other tracks, “Gboju!” and “W.I.G.B.?”
