Wilson’s Recovery Fundraiser: Day 2 – We Still Need Your Help
Two days ago, we launched this fundraiser to support Wilson, a brave young boy recovering from a successful pull-through surgery. While we are hopeful and determined, we haven’t received any donations yet, and Wilson’s needs remain urgent.
He is still in the hospital, and his recovery depends on a special diet of soft, nutritious foods—something difficult to access in his rural village. Your contribution will help us:
• Provide the recommended foods for his healing.
• Cover his medical expenses.
• Support his grandmother in caring for him during this critical time.
We kindly ask for your support. No amount is too small—every dollar makes a difference and brings us closer to ensuring Wilson’s recovery. If you are unable to donate, sharing this fundraiser with others would also be a huge help.
Donate now through PayPal: www.paypal.com/pools/c/124355791605919644
Let’s show Wilson and his grandmother that they are not alone. Thank you for your kindness and generosity!

Support Wilson’s Recovery After Successful Surgery
Dear Friends and Supporters,
We are reaching out with both good news and a heartfelt request. Our brave boy, Wilson, recently underwent a successful pull-through surgery, and we couldn’t be more grateful for this milestone in his journey. However, Wilson is still admitted as he continues his recovery, and there is still so much needed to support him during this critical phase.
Doctors have advised a special diet for Wilson for at least a year—simple, soft foods that are gentle on his system as he heals. Unfortunately, Wilson and his grandmother live in a rural village where most available foods are hard carbohydrates that are unsuitable for his condition. Providing the recommended diet will require consistent financial support to ensure he gets the nutrition necessary for a full recovery.
Your donations will go directly toward:
• Supplying Wilson with soft, nutritious foods (like porridge, mashed vegetables, and fruits).
• Covering medical bills and post-surgical care needs.
• Supporting his grandmother in creating a safe and comfortable recovery environment for him.
We cannot do this without your generosity. Every little bit counts and brings us closer to giving Wilson the care he deserves. Please consider donating through our PayPal pool and sharing this message with your network. Together, we can ensure Wilson gets the best possible chance at a healthy and happy future.
Donate here: Link above
Thank you for being part of Wilson’s journey to recovery. Your kindness means the world to him and his family.
With gratitude,

Stitching New Beginnings: Launch of Our Skilling Programs
Yesterday marked a transformative day for us at Walk of Life Foundation as we officially launched our Skilling Program—a beacon of hope for teenage mothers and single mothers in our community. This initiative is designed to equip these resilient women with practical skills in Art & Craft, Knitting & Crocheting, and Tailoring & Fashion Design, empowering them to create brighter futures for themselves and their families.
One of the highlights of the day was a session led by one of our trainers, who passionately explained the value of these skills and how they can address challenges these women face, including domestic violence and financial dependency.
Key Takeaways from the Trainer’s Speech
• Financial Independence: With skills like tailoring, knitting, and crafting, these women can start small businesses and generate their own income, reducing financial dependency and fostering confidence.
• Breaking Free from Abuse: Many of the teenage mothers have experienced or are at risk of domestic violence. By providing them with tools to earn a living, we aim to empower them to reclaim their dignity and make choices that lead to safer, healthier lives.
• Creating a Legacy: These skills are not only a means of survival but also an opportunity to teach future generations self-reliance and resilience.
• Therapeutic Value: Engaging in creative work like knitting and crocheting has therapeutic effects, helping to alleviate stress and improve mental well-being.
Program Impact
The excitement and hope in the room were palpable as these women realized the doors this program could open for them. From learning to craft beautiful, functional items to designing custom clothing, they saw opportunities for growth, stability, and independence.
We are operating with limited equipment—only three sewing machines and a handful of tools for knitting and crocheting. However, we are committed to expanding our reach with the support of well-wishers and donors.
Join Us in Empowering Lives
Your contributions can help us:
• Provide more equipment and materials for training.
• Accommodate more women in the program.
• Expand the program’s reach to touch even more lives.
👉 Partner with us or donate today to support this cause. Contact us at namadhidenis2019@gmail.com or via DM.
Together, we can create a community where resilience meets opportunity, and women are empowered to overcome life’s challenges with grace and strength.

A Tragic Loss: Saidi’s Light Extinguished Too Soon
It is with deep sorrow that we share the heartbreaking news of Saidi’s passing. Saidi, a brave young boy living with type 1 diabetes, was the brother of Asina. He tragically lost his life following a severe accident where he was burned by hot water shortly after administering his insulin injection before a meal. Despite all efforts to save him, the injuries were too severe, and his little body could not endure the pain.
Saidi’s resilience and courage in managing his diabetes at such a young age inspired many of us. He faced life’s challenges with strength, and his beautiful smile brought joy to those around him. His passing leaves an indescribable void in our hearts and within his family.
We extend our deepest condolences to his sister Asina, his family, and everyone who loved him. Please keep them in your thoughts and prayers during this unimaginable time.
May Saidi’s soul rest in eternal peace.

🎉 Welcome Back, Sarah! A Story of Love and Dedication 🎉
Hello, friends!
Today, we’re celebrating a beautiful moment here at the Walk of Life Foundation. We are thrilled to welcome back Sarah, a dedicated donor from America, who has joined us once again to spend time with our children.
Sarah was here in 2024, and now, in January 2025, she’s back with the same warmth and love that touched so many lives during her first visit. This is her second day with us, and her presence is a reminder of the deep connections formed when people truly care.
💖 What Makes Sarah Special
Sarah has always made visiting our children a priority. Her return is a testament to the impact this community had on her last year. Instead of leaving with doubts or biases, she left with a stronger commitment to support and love the children. She cherishes the fun, the laughter, and the joy these kids bring—and they adore her in return!
🌟 A Call for More Visits
Sarah’s visit inspires us to invite more of you to join us here in Uganda. Come and see the lives you’ve impacted, share in the children’s happiness, and witness the progress we’ve made together. Whether it’s your first time or your second, like Sarah’s, your visit will leave a lasting mark on your heart and theirs.
Let’s make 2025 a year of deeper connections and meaningful support!
Thank you, Sarah, for showing us what love and dedication look like. You’re a true champion for the children.
🙏 Want to visit or support? Reach out to us, and let’s make it happen together!
