We're located in a brand new, state of the art facility in Tigard, Oregon, but we provide online and video content to help people EVERYWHERE! APEX PWR provides the best physical therapy for sports injuries, chronic pain in athletes or active adults & helps people conquer surgery rehab (Ex. ACL rehab). APEX PWR also provides wellness services: DEXA Scan for body composition, Resting Metabolic Rate testing for metabolism & calorie burn & Vo2 max testing to measure cardiovascular fitness & overall health. APEX PWR also provides youth athlete training and adult group training to help you get in shape, build strength and improve performance in your daily life or sport.
