so i tried reapplying for youtube partnership again and was denied. i think that'll be the end for the channel, i was already making almost nothing from ads, which i was fine with, but rendering a video for 2+ hours and not be able to make something from it now is pretty discouraging. It sucks too cause the channel blew up because of warrior - all about you. this channel has been going for about 4 years and although the growth hasnt been the fastest, it's been fun and all the support / people saying they genuinely enjoyed the music i picked really meant a lot. i helped a few producers get a decent sized following, helped with a mini doctors without borders charity thing, and helped introduce people with music they probably wouldn't of heard otherwise. i'll be leaving all the uploads as is and continue to lurk in the comments every now and then.

So you may have noticed i havent been uploading for a while, mainly cause ive been lazy, but today i was notified that my channel has been demonetized. the reason given was i "cant reuse content unless i get permission" not sure if this is happening to other music channels, but i'd say about 90% of my uploads are songs that were submitted to me by the actual producer that gave me the ok. the other 10% was me asking the producer if i could upload their song and also being given the ok to upload. ill be able to reapply in january, but im not sure if ill be allowed to pass this time around. ive spent about 4 years doing this and even though the growth has been extremely slow, i know that there are a lot of viewers that genuinely like and appreciate the music that is uploaded. Let's see what happens i guess.
