When I was younger I used to think that reaching a milestone or pinnacle of a dream sought was the mere essence of eudaimonia. As we all age, we begin to dive deep into the esoteric to ascertain our personal truth and many of us get lost along the way. Remember that peace and merriment is not achieved by reaching a particular destination or achieving a goal. Enjoying the journey is key. Enjoy every single day. Enjoy the ups and downs. Enjoy your loved ones. Enjoy every single day of your life because when all is said and done we will only remember the journey and the memories we have made. I'm turning 40 years old in a few years and I'm very grateful to have all of you on this journey with me.
