Hello everyone. Hope this week has been treating you well.
Just wanted to let you know that there won’t be a new video this week as I’ve hurt my back while performing a very reckless and silly activity such as changing the covers on my bed 😂😂😂
So, for now I’ll just sit and rest with my lovely dogs as company.

Schools are on break but it’s raining! So, nothing beats a bit of baking with the kids…… followed by a hot drink and eating your freshly baked goodies ❤️
We made these lovely spiced hot cross buns and the house smells of apples and cinnamon.
We’ve used a very simple recipe and the result is yummy! I’ll be sharing my recipe in my next video, so make sure to check it this weekend!

Hello dear friends!
This is officially the first weekend of Fall!
I went out with my children today and we found the first pumpkins of the season in our local grocery store. So we bought a few and made homemade pumpkin purée. This is a staple ingredient for so many pumpkin dishes, like bread, muffins, pancakes, cookies….. just make ahead and refrigerate for when u need it! Is it blackberry season already?
A couple of days ago we went for a nice walk with our dogs and we spotted fat and juicy blackberries, ready for the picking! Just on the side of the road. I mean: that’s free food right? Unprepared as we were, we collected as many as we could, and later I made homemade blackberry jam, one of our family’s favourite.
It just dawned on me that I need to buy a large basket for the job….. anybody knows where to get one in Ireland? Couldn’t find anything in local shops!
