Hi, I'm Todd Robinson, a former Buddhist Monk, Meditation Expert, and Founder of Applied Awareness with 40 years of meditation experience and over a quarter of a century studying how meditation works on a mental level.

Applied Awareness is the natural progression of traditional mindfulness and insight meditations that take advantage of advances in meditation over the last 2500 years.

Applied Awareness meditations are based on the original Mindfulness practices, and a modern approach to Insight Meditation for raising our subconscious into our normal conscious awareness.
