My name is Farah. Welcome to Happy Healthy Smiles!

I am a dental Hygienist with over 25 years of dental hygiene experience. Over the years, I have noticed two things of which people are unaware: The significance of oral health to their overall health; and, that many oral health diseases/conditions can be alleviated by good basic oral hygiene and nutrition.

My mission is to provide free oral healthcare information to everyone around the world by providing easy access through my social media platforms.

In March 2016, I had the privilege of presenting a dental hygiene seminar to orphans at SOS Village in Lahore, Pakistan. That event was a pivotal moment in my life. I saw firsthand how much oral healthcare was needed. It motivated me to create a platform for free oral healthcare that is accessible worldwide.

We use our mouth to communicate, to touch, to taste, to express emotions and to nourish us.
