JJK has published 45 books, including his wildly popular LUNCH LADY graphic novels, select volumes of the STAR WARSβ’: JEDI ACADEMY series, and several picture books. His young adult memoir, HEY, KIDDO, was a finalist for a National Book Award.
JJK has also produced, directed, and performed in the full-cast audiobook adaptations of his graphic novels. He has been a guest on NPR's Fresh Air, was profiled in The New York Times, featured on Good Morning America, and has delivered three TED Talks. As well as working on his books' film and television adaptions, JJK has written for THE SNOOPY SHOW (Apple TV+) and was a consultant for CREATIVE GALAXY (Prime Video).
