This month I had to remodel a large powder room. One of the first things I did was add DITRA Peel and Stick over the plywood. The reason I did it was twofold. First, as we know, powder rooms have toilet clogs. This in turn causes possible water damage. Second, the tile floor needed an uncoupling membrane to prevent cracked tiles. This is one of the easiest uncoupling membranes to install since it doesn't require mortar - it uses a pressure-sensitive adhesive instead.
