Welcome, I’m Susan and I've cooked my way through many life challenges these past few years and I'm sharing what I've learned to help you save time, eat well & find some calm in the kitchen, no matter how hard the storms of life are blowing.

I'm mainly cooking from scratch for one or two, often organic, a little meat, some fish, some chicken, lots of veggies, minimal UPFs and more and more 'plants forward'.
