Hello, I'm Kylin Mythos, and I am here to talk about the art of storytelling in all its forms. I love fantasy and sci fi, and I have a lot to say about both. My favorite series is Percy Jackson, but there's a lot of other series I love that I intend to cover as well. The purpose of this channel is to bring to light great stories that are unfortunately often left out of the mainstream, or to give a perspective on something to raise a point on an issue that is left out of the cultural conversation.

Finally managed to get another video made, though it’s a short. It’s on Small Gods by Terry Prachett, my first Discworld book. I’ve got another I hope to get out next week, once that is done my next video will be my inevitable ranking of The Heroes of Olympus.

I hope you all have a wonderful holiday season! I’m very happy with the positive response to my Star Wars video. It took a lot out of me to make so I’m glad so many of you seem to enjoy it. I’ve taken a bit of a break from video making for the holidays, but rest assured I’ve got big plans for 2025. I’m already working on the script for my Heroes of Olympus ranking and I intend to return to The Wheel of Time Rankings as well. In fact I intend to finish the latter this year, on Robert Jordan’s birthday if possible. Speaking of The Wheel of Time, I also hope to finally start making videos on tv adaptations of books. Fun fact that was my first channel idea before I started my gaming channel let alone this one. If possible I would also like to start a new series of videos one weird parallels I noticed between books and other media. I also would like to make more why you should watch/reads for anime. My Hero Academia and One Piece will most likely be the first two. I’ll also be releasing more short reviews this year (I hope). And all that’s without episode by episode reviews I’ll be doing for adaptations released this year.
Having written all that I realize I may have bitten off more than I can chew.

After four years it's finally done. This is by far the most effort I've ever put into a video. It's 57 minutes long and took me 20 hours over 3 days to edit so I hope I am able to explain myself properly and that all you enjoy it. It is probably my most controversial video, but all I want to do here is be completely candid about my feelings.
