Wales, North Ireland and Scotland have this provision.

Today I uploaded an interview with between the BBC's Stephen Nolan and an ex-police officer. The topic was the abuse of mobility cars for the elderly and the disabled.

I have been informed that this 'police man' is talking out of his backside and none of what he says is true. I have changed the status of the video to unlisted (for reference only).

I apologise as I had believed this interview was done in good faith and it was wrong of me to upload it.
