United Sounds Records was founded in Munich, Germany back in 1985.
The founder Peter Schneider is a composer, producer and guitarplayer who has played and worked with Ike Turner, Marius Müller-Westernhagen, Willy Michl, Hans Söllner, Steve „Big Man“ Clayton, „Sir“ Oliver Mally and many more.

With his own bands and productions like the The Stimulators, The Peter Schneider Band, The Bossa Nova Club he has released more than 40 albums.
