Illuminate Your Power

I've come to realize there is an internal guidance system. Not from learning about it but experiencing it. You can be drawn to people, places, ideas almost as if there is are strings connected, like someone else is in the drivers seat in your being.

I've also realized it defies logic and might ignore your past hurts, decisions, and identities. If you are too much in your head you will automatically reject these things and try to control the narrative instead letting this force guide you - trusting it's guide is a loving force. Or we conjur up a story of what it "will be" versus letting it unfold exactly as it should which ironically tends to never be what we "think" it is.

Following this force doesn't result in bliss and rainbows, or maybe it does eventually, but seems to guide us toward a more loving union in ourselves and with whatever is in the drivers seat that pulls us at times. We build trust with that force and in ourselves to be able to navigate whatever happens. Stirring up past pain letting it float to the surface. Trusting the process of surrendering, nurturing and cultivating a safe, loving home within ourselves.

Step 2: You realize you aren't this physical body, your ego, your mind - you are the one experiencing yourself.
Step 3: You incorporate this knowing, into your human existence, and live a new life aligned with your true self, not the false self.

All of this to say, if all you know is pain, suffering and misery you're on your way to awakening. Fortunate is the man who develops self love and compassion on this journey, cursed is the man who can't see beyond it and perpetuates it.
