New video now live on the channel, taking you behind the scenes of this studio portrait session with the Fujifilm GFX100ii.

This 102mp medium format sensor inside the GFX100ii can capture some insane level of detail. I couldn’t help but zoom into every single photo after every shot because of how surprised I was. The dynamic range, 16-bit RAW’s, 9.44 million dot EVF, this camera just has so many great features, I don’t know how Fuji did it!

I haven;'t posted a video in over a week and that's because we we're just on a trip to Iceland!

Traveling around Iceland honestly feels like you’re on another planet. The different landscapes, terrains, scenery and weather; is something I’ve never experienced before.

The first two photos and the last, were taken with Sigma’s all new 70-200mm f2.8 Sport. The mountain behind ‪@AnthonyGugliotta‬ in the first photo was over 10km away and the compression of the 70-200 pulled the background in to look like it was right behind him. This lens was an absolute blessing on this trip and I'm so glad I had it. More photos coming soon!

But more importantly I'm working on this weeks video for you all, as I'm typing this! 🤍

Friday night I reached a huge goal and milestone for me. 10,000 of you are subscribed to my YouTube channel! I knew this was going to happen because of all the hard work I’ve been putting in for the last 2 years (consistently), but didn’t know when.

10,000 is a big milestone for me because that was the checkpoint. The checkpoint that my friend and I talked about it when I first started creating content. The checkpoint that would deem all the hard work I’ve done… worth it. So all the hours I dedicated to planning, editing and filming videos; falling asleep at 3am finishing a thumbnail just to wake up at 7am to finish uploading that video for 10am the same morning, and all the 4 hours of sleep I got every night, was that all worth it? Hell yea!

All the amazing people I met along the way, the amazing brands I’ve gotten to work with, the opportunities I’ve had, having the freedom to work from home and do something I enjoy; I’m so glad I set a goal for myself and believed in myself and continued pushing myself from the very beginning.

If you have a goal, don’t give up on it. Work hard and make sure everyday you do something that is going to push you further towards that goal. Believe it or not, I’ve been creating content for almost 5 years now, and just in the last year I’ve started to see it all pay off. Don’t make excuses just make it happen!

Thank you everyone for 10k, next is 50 ❤️

This past Sunday, @sigmacanada hosted their #SigmaCreativeSpaces event and what a phenomenal event. We had a bunch of giveaways, multiple sets/spaces to shoot, insanely talented models, lenses to test out and whether you we’re a portrait, product, wedding/elopement photographer; there was a space for everyone!

As a Sigma Ambassador, I had the honour to demonstrate how I shoot, answer your questions and walk you through my process. I also had the pleasure to announce and pick the winners for our giveaways!
