Some researchers believe that Gobekli Tepe was built by the survivors of the last catastrophic event, and the animals and human sculptures found there symbolize the survivors. Many similar animal sculptures can be found in the Indus Valley.

Every current culture in the world has its roots there, and in my future posts, I will elaborate more. The antediluvian civilization was far more advanced than our own today, and we can find clues in the ancient texts.

When excavations finally began in the 1700s, the world was astounded by the revelation of a sophisticated Greco-Roman city frozen in time. Among the discoveries were grand public structures like a remarkable forum and an amphitheater. Lavish villas and various houses dating back to the 4th century BCE were also brought to light.

Inside these structures, some individuals were found preserved as they sought refuge from the eruption, while others were discovered in the midst of their escape. Remarkably, bakeries were unearthed with loaves still in their ovens. These buildings and their contents provided a glimpse into daily life in the ancient world, igniting a fascination with classical history during the 18th century.

👉 Ramappa Temple, also known as the Rudreswara temple, is a Kakatiya style Hindu temple dedicated to the Hindu god Shiva, located in Telangana, India. It is 15 km (9.3 mi) from Mulugu, 66 km (41 mi) from Warangal, 209 km (130 mi) from Hyderabad. An inscription in the temple says it was constructed in the year 1213 CE by Recherla Rudra—a general of Kakatiya ruler Ganapati Deva (r. 1199–1262).
Located in the vicinity of Ramappa Lake, the Ramappa Temple complex which consist of three temples was constructed between 1212 and 1234, designed and architect by Ramappa—after whom the temple complex is named.
Marco Polo, during his visit to the Kakatiya empire, supposedly called the temple "the brightest star in the galaxy of temples".
In July 2021, Ramappa Temple was declared as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
