Being a North Indian who has lived in South India for over 7 years, I have developed a deep love for South Indian cuisine. I don’t modify traditional dishes but present them in their authentic form. Since most recipes are available in regional languages, I bring them to you in Hindi so my North Indian friends can easily understand & recreate these rich, flavorful dishes.
Beyond South Indian food, I also share flavors from Bengal, Odisha, Chennai, Hyderabad, and Prayagraj (UP!), as I have lived and experienced their amazing cuisines firsthand.
