Peaceful Heart Network was founded by Gunilla Hamne and Ulf Sandström in 2010, guided by the conviction that political stability and peaceful solutions in post-conflict areas depend on the application of innovative and empowering first aid methods for stress and trauma.
We developed the Tapping and Trauma Technique (TTT), a simplified Tapping modality without language or content. It is estimated that TTT has reached more than 300,000 people living in conflict regions around the world. These regions are distributed in approximately 30 countries. We have received the ACEP Humanitarian Award for this work. We offer seminars in person and through Zoom. At the same time they offer training videos accessible online.
Documentation of the results and collaboration with organizations, researchers, psychologists, physicians and others can be found on our website, as well as the book "Trauma Tapping Technique - A Tool for PTSD, Stress Relief, and Emotional Trauma Recovery ".
