Hello! ‪@themagniranthine‬​ asked me how I made the glitchy effect in my lyx blood video and this is just to illustrate my reply in case it wasn't clear lol. So basically what I did was:


1. drag clip into timeline
2. cut it into individual frames or freeze frame the ones you want to use
3. copy each frame once or twice. or if it's a freeze frame expand the duration to around 2-3 frames
4. copy random frames to another layer and set them to add (you can play around with the opacity)
5. add an adjustment clip with a camera shake effect on top of the freeze frames


BUT I'm also just a control freak who wanted to pick the frames myself XD The faster way to do this in Davinci Resolve is to drag the Stop Motion Effect onto your clip. You can find it at Effects > Open FX > Filters > Resolve FX Temporal > Stop Motion.

Hiya! If you've noticed slightly different thumbnails/titles, it's because I've been wanting to clean things up for a while to make things more o̶b̶s̶c̶u̶r̶e̶ simple and the oc in me wants everything to match, even the older videos. Sorry in advance if I make a couple more changes in the next few weeks (months?) lol.

Anyway, I've planned a bunch of multifandom edits to sort of summarize my year in fandom. Just posted the first one (see: just want a pure love.) and here's a sneak peak for the second one coming in December...

I edit with Davinci Resolve now but I've used Final Cut 7 and Premiere before so I don't think anything I do is program specific (except maybe the LUTs that I use as a base for coloring since I'm lazy lol.)

Hello, thanks to everyone who subscribed so far, or followed me on twitter and for the comments you've left. I'm not sure how often I'll be uploading since my muse is fickle but I do have a lot of edit drafts that I hope to get to eventually lol.

There are a couple I still haven't put here (because of the aspect ratio or they were made for twitter trends) so sorry in advance if I end up spamming. Unfortunately most of my older videos are just in 720p since I never thought I'd actually post things here (thanks e***)
