Back from a little break with the sweetest addition to our family! Baby A joined us about a week ago, and our hearts are so full. 💛 Sharing just a few little details of our new arrival—but, as always, we’re keeping his sweet face all to ourselves. Thank you for your patience and support as we soak in these precious moments! It’s been a busy week but already so rewarding (and emotional 🥹) watching my oldest step into the role of big brother.
For now, it’s all about snuggles and baby bliss 🍼✨—but during those cozy nap times, I’m also working on more Y☀️tube videos for you! Up next is a look at my gouache eye painting process: another paint-and-chat—or, let’s be real, a paint-and-yap while I ramble about whatever comes to mind. 😄 Be sure to turn on notifications and check my stories for updates on when the video goes live!

But of course with a new baby will come a small hiatus from this page in order to give myself time to heal and bond with my new baby. My posting schedule will slow down here and on Instagram, but it will not stop all together! Your support and understanding during this short season in my life is very much appreciated!🤗💛

New gouache painting tutorial is up!
A while back, I asked what you value most in a painting process video, and many of you said you’d prefer more insight into why I make certain choices rather than a step-by-step guide. This video delivers exactly that! I also dive deeper into how I approach texture in my gouache paintings—something I’ve been excited to share.
I can’t believe this is already my 5th video! Your support has been incredible, and it means the world to me. So far, I’ve kept up with two videos a month, which has felt manageable with an 18-month-old and being very pregnant. 🤰But with my second little guy arriving any day now, things are about to shift.
‼️I plan to take the first two weeks off to focus on healing, bonding, and soaking in this fleeting time with my family. During that time, I won’t be posting regularly, but you’ll likely see me in stories or popping in when I feel ready. After those two short weeks, I hope to resume my usual Instagram schedule.
As for Y☀️uTube, I’ll be moving to one video a month temporarily. When my first son was born, I pushed myself too hard to keep up an intense posting schedule, and it led to burnout. This time, I’m prioritizing my health and my family, and I deeply appreciate your understanding.
This adjustment won’t last forever, and I’m excited to ramp things up again when the time feels right. Thank you for being here and supporting me through this season of life—I couldn’t do it without you!
