Born 1981 in East Berlin Fritz Kalkbrenner was heavily impressed by the mid 90ies Berlin Techno. In 2008 he started to work together with his brother Paul on "Sky & Sand" for the legendary movie "Berlin Calling". Afterwards Fritz made his own soulful and deep electronic music. His debut album „Here Today Gone Tomorrow” was released in 2010 on SUOL with great feedback. With that response he started playing live and delivered in the coming years three Top10 albums „Sick Travellin’” in 2012, “Ways Over Water” in 2014 and “Grand Départ” in 2016. His single success „Back Home” got massive airplay and reached the German Top 20. In early 2019 he started his own label „Nasua Music”. In 2020 he released his 6th studio album „True Colours“. "King Curtis", a pure instrumental, which was very well received followed in 2021. The vocal single "In The Morning" and the accompanying remixes by Yubik and Helsloot were released in the fall of 2022. Be excited what awaits you in 2023.
