A vast majority of the tapes originate in Australia, the home country of MAWA's founder, the Gill Man. In rare cases, the tape will be sourced from over seas and listed as such.

The source material is captured via a hardware upscaler into a 4K video game capture card, the raw stream is then recorded digitally via OBS studio.
