We're about to launch a new video series! These videos will be different from the in depth tutorials we usually post.
Polyvance head trainer, John, will be performing a repair and giving some plastic repair tips in the process. These videos will include GoPro footage and will be fairly short and casual.

Our newest video shows a repair on one of the most commonly damaged agricultural plastics – a broken John Deere tractor hood. For this repair, we used our new 5213 Agricultural Repair Kit. This was the perfect opportunity to use the new green polycarbonate welding rod that is included in the kit.

The PR-03 Headlight Repair course is a one hour, video-based course that will show you how to repair broken headlight tabs with the nitrogen plastic welding system.
Our EPR-01 Estimating Plastic Repair course is an online, self-paced course designed to educate collision damage estimators and technicians on determining the repairability of damaged plastic parts. The course is divided into four modules: Identifying Plastic Parts, Tools & Products Used in Plastic Repair, Methods of Plastic Repair, and Estimating Plastic Repair.
Our sales team has been taken off the road until further notice, so we are not offering any in-shop training at this time. However, our sales team will be hitting the road hard once it is safe for them to travel again.
