Flying Frog Freerunning is a team of freerunners, traceurs, and trickers dedicated to the process of developing oneself through movement. We like to train hard and we love teaching our friends and community members how to do the same safely. We believe that movement is the method, the joy is in the process, and the fruits of our labors are lives well lived.
