before you become alarmed: no, it will not look that neat and clean for the finished result. it is bygone, after all! this was from one day's work, and i had to start somewhere!
many in the community have requested a redesign for the catacombs, and i can't blame them. fun fact, it was the first of the structures i made for bygone nether! while i wish to maintain much of the gameplay that takes place in the body, the most noticeable refactoring will take place in the skulls, which will offer new challenges and treasure!
i always intended for the catacombs to be wither-shaped... did someone construct it out of worship? fear? was it even built in the first place... 👀? my original design failed miserably to resemble a wither, and i am now taking a second crack at it for Bygone Nether v1.2! coming soon
