Hi everyone! I've been dealing with some health issues, so I just wanted to let you know that I probably won't be uploading as much as normal this week. I woke up at 5:30am yesterday with some pretty severe abdominal pain and ended up in the ER... turns out I've got kidney stones! I'm still in quite a bit of pain, but I'm also just feeling really sick/exhausted from the whole ordeal.

I always feel really guilty about missing uploads, so I'm sorry that I won't be around as much this week. I hate to disappoint you, and especially around the holidays. I had a couple videos already recorded, but I'm gonna take a couple days off & see how I'm feeling. I'm doing my best, and hopefully I'll be back to normal soon!

I think you're gonna love this... there's a new life sim type game from LEGO Fortnite called Brick Life where you can customize your home, get a job, explore the world, and socialize with other players. I played MySims Kingdom for FIVE HOURS yesterday. If you're thinking about buying the Cozy Bundle I'd encourage you to at least click through this video a little bit to get a feel for the gameplay, because MySims games are VERY different from the Sims games you're used to. I really love MySims Kingdom, but a lot of that comes from childhood nostalgia.

Hi everyone! Thank you so much for all of your concern & well wishes about the hurricane. The storm is meant to hit late tonight, and we've prepped as best we can. We are not in an evacuation zone, so my family & I are sheltering in place. That seems to scare some people, but that's normal! They say "run from the water, hide from the wind" and we are not in a place that is likely to experience dangerous flooding or storm surge. The storm will still be pretty rough, but it won't be as bad here in Orlando as in some other parts of Florida. I'm sending so much love to all of you in the path of the storm. It's really scary, and it's especially scary so soon after Helene. Stay safe. I'll keep you updated on how we're doing. I know that so many of you have been worried, and I really appreciate that ❤️

I'm expecting to lose power, and I'm not sure for how long. It sounds silly to be talking about Sims videos at a time like this, but I did want to let you know my plans for the channel. I have 5 videos pre-recorded and uploaded that we can space out just in case. I've decided not to post one today so that I can stretch them further if we lose power for an extended period of time. I wanted to let you know so that you wouldn't be alarmed when I don't upload today!!!

I will likely post updates on my Instagram @lilsimsie, and I also have a TON of other content over on my second channel ‪@moresimsie‬ if you're looking for more Sims videos. I re-upload all of my livestreams there, so there are manyyyy hours of Simsie for you, haha!
