A SURPRISE GUEST! Another camera is coming to the 2022 GoPro camera lineup- the GoPro Hero 11 Black Mini!
This smaller square camera doesn't have any display screens and features two mounting locations- one on the front and one on the back. The front Bluetooth button indicates that the camera might be controlled primarily via the app. The battery door is definitely smaller than the Hero 11 Black, so it's unlikely that it will use the same battery as the full size GoPro Hero 11.
No spec's have been released yet, so it will be interesting to see if this camera has the same spec's as the Hero 11 Black. Or, will it be a scaled back version. Could it replace the Bones camera series?
Lots of questions left unanswered, but the time is coming closer.

Just so you all know, GoPro has renamed the GoPro App again. The newly named and updated GoPro App is now called Quik.
The new app has some useful improvements, including the option to add any photos or videos from your phone into a video edit inside Quik. My favorite new feature, though, is only available to GoPro subscribers and allows for multiple speeds of slow motion within one clip. This will really give you the power to create pro-looking edits right in the GoPro App.
And, yes, in case you are confused, Gopro had another app called Quik. But this Quik is now the new and improved GoPro App.
Can't wait to see what you guys create!
