I experimented with a new product idea this weekend.
The "TTP Guy Kit" for the POTA20 Carbon Fiber Mast. It's a modified version of my original kit from K8DDV.
However, it will never hit the market after running the numbers. Consumers can build this kit cheaper themselves.
I'm happy with yet another desert rattle can pain job and looking forward to using me to desert, tactical nerd antenna kit.
Sadly, it will be 1 of 1. Back to a trail run followed by more important product development this weekend.

My apologies for the delay in the video. I have been working on another installment of No Random Contacts. This time we are going international and making contact with a member in the Arctic Circle. This is a field [exercise] in the dark with tarantulas. Don't worry, we had plenty of fuel. My wife loaded us up with rations from Buc-ee's! Thanks for the support. There will be an AAR.

I'm blessed and honored to have hit a new milestone as a content creator.
This morning I woke up and noticed that I crossed 100,000 subscribers on YouTube. Thank you.
The channel started in April 2020 during the COVIiD lockdown. I started by recording a daily video on basic preparedness for 30 days.
Then, on May 5th, 2020 I made my first amateur radio contact with a Baofeng UV-5R and decided to document my progress in radio with a weekly video.
It's been 4 years and 3 months with 300+ videos produced. Again, I am humbled to hit this milestone as I am not a radio expert and have tried just to share the journey regardless of success or failure.
My video production is very basic with everything being filmed on a phone or GoPro with minimal editing using iMovie. I never wanted the equipment and video creation process to get in the way of sharing the experiences, so the videos always come out very raw. Thanks for putting up with this.
