In these videos, I share my journey of breaking (breakdancing) in the psych ward at Hillmorton Hospital, where dance became my way of expressing resilience during difficult times. Alongside the dance, I highlight the discrimination, racism, and narcissistic behavior I faced, which violated my rights under Te Tiriti o Waitangi, including tino rangatiratanga. This series is not just about overcoming challenges; it's about standing up for justice, demanding accountability, and advocating for the protection of tino rangatiratanga and the principles of Te Tiriti o Waitangi in the healthcare system. Watch, share, and support the call for change.

I am Reflecting on the past 2 months, last weekend was a big one for me.
Last Saturday in Chch, I went to a open community mirimiri clinic to catch up with my Hau Tapu Breathworks tutor and beyond for a much needed earth hug
It was a open clinic so hang around for a session and asked for a karakia from one of the Tane
I got a table with a couple practioners and a practioner in between who was running the clinic, I thought it was normal in this community from past experience
I got PTSD and assuming I asked, I am gonna get a Karakia session but instead got a romiromi and a alignment because it definitely wasn't a mirimiri
The history with this clinic hasn't been a good experience
I was traumatized from the experience of the session because of private information of experience of the practioners and guides of the clinic
I want to thank my Hau Tapu breath works tutor for the hug, warm cacao, yum and free sessions of breathworks in the past, breath works that got me through the session on that saturday and I got to definitely thank my Yoga tutors for the free sessions that got me though the romiromi session much hugs
And my brothers and sisters, team that I session with, build with, got down with in streets, the stage, the cypher, those sessions inspire me every time I get down and release that unwanted low limiting energy, a one man cypher was a good release
Thanks much respect to my tutors and my brother Lil b, push me to the nek level
Kia tau te rangimarie

Working on Trauma/inner work is like been link or chained to a weight with your head above water
You know you can unlink or unchain yourself, you swim down into the deeps, you don't know how far you got to swim but
You realize, swimming down
