Fred & Rose West still haunt my nightmares to this day! Now if you don't know who they are then let me explain... they were the typical "couple next door". They were married, lived in a little house in England. Nothing out of the ordinary... until the day the news broke that ACTUALLY they lured, tortured, and killed 10+ young women and girls and had gotten away with it for yeeeeears!!!
They had the the most powerful secret weapon.... Rose! Her super "sweet" female appearance utterly tricked victims into trusting her and her husband. And they got away with it for DECADES because of how damn sneaky their manipulation tactics where!
And so as a young girl growing up in England, this always haunted me. I mean I DEFINITELY would have trusted her. At 13 years old, I was taught to be careful of the creepy man who is drooling in the corner of a room. I was NOT even remotely skeptical or suspicious of a sweet looking old lady! So that started my curiosity and absolute FASCINATION with psychopaths, sociopaths, narcissists and con-men!
And so for yeeeeeears I read every book I could get my hands on! Ted Bundy, Charles Manson, John Wayne Gacy, Green river killer, Elaine Wuornos and Golden State Killer JUST to name a few! Why the HELL did they do it in the first place? How did they get away with it? What tactics did they use that TOTALLY fooled people? How did they get caught? And finally, what can little Lisa learn so that she would NEVER find herself in that nightmare? Because the truth is..... I DEFINITELY would have fell for it!
And its still frikin happening today! I mean just take a look at the P.Diddy's or Jeffrey Epstein's of the world! Different method, same sad outcomes for many!
And THAT ladies is why I have invited on the EPIC #1 detective Paul Holes! You may know him from catching the Golden state killer (#HotforHoles even became a popular hashtag lol) but he is truly the expert to help tell us the sneaky tactics psychopaths, sociopaths and con-men use on their next victim.
So click the link below, and lets frikin goooooo!!!

What structure are you building? A house of horrors or a meditation retreat? Remember you hold the bricks, so the choice is yours (and no, I'm not talking about bricks lol).

I was 13 years old and I remember creeping into my mums room to tear up a photo she took of me a week before. I had sleepless nights knowing it existed because after all, it was just MORE concrete evidence of how ugly I was! It was evidence that the "mean girls" in my school were right! I was ridiculed and called concord for how big my nose was. I was mocked for how flat my chest was. They called me Goofy for my buck teeth. So the laaaaaast thing I wanted was for the photo to be lying around! This was 1992 and I would cry myself to sleep wishing I was different. Wishing I looked and was as pretty as the celebrity models who seem to just have a "perfect life"! I mean all my problems would go away if I was half as pretty as "The Body" super model, Elle Macpherson right?!Well, cut to 33 years later (& 20 years of building my confidence)... I love my nose because its unique. I am grateful for my small boobs because I don't have to wear a bra in my 40's š
And..... I just had the honor of sitting with Elle & talking about there is no such thing as perfect!! Her husband cheated on her with another model, she was publicly ridiculed on set for having brown eyes (only blue was "in"), she got a cancer diagnosis, and overcame alcoholism after years of drinking to a stupor! I mean god damn.... here I was painting her with the "perfect brush" and the woman was just struggling to be accepted and loved, like all of us!
So how the hell did she overcome it? How did she not break? How did she fall to her knees over and over again and KEEP getting back up even NOW in her 60's??? Well, thats why I asked her on!
I listen to what you guys need and then figure out who can teach us! So ladies, whatever you are trying to do at ANY age, Elle "tell-ALL" episode today will help you get there! Click the link and lets frikin gooooooooo!!! š šŖ

Ladies, yesterday we asked what the hardest part of female friendship is... and overwhelmingly, BY FAR, HANDS DOWN your response was unexpected but utterly fascinating... the winner was āWhen thereās envy/competitionā.
This is heartbreaking yet actually super revealing of the things we women really struggle with. So now you better believe I want to know- what about envy and competition with your friends, do you need advice on?
1. Relationship Status: Youāre single & your friend isnāt....or vice versa
2. Money: Your friends earn more so you canāt afford to go on the girls trip...or vice versa
3. Other Friends: Theyāre jealous you have a separate friend circle that doesn't include them...or vice versa
4. Availability/Communication: Your friends donāt understand you have a demanding job & cant hang out or reply to texts as often....or vice versa
